Settlement, also known as Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), allows individuals to live, work, and study in the UK without time restrictions. It is a step toward obtaining British citizenship.
1. Work-Based Routes:

○ Exemptions apply based on age or certain nationalities.
4. Life in the UK Test:
○ Demonstrates knowledge of UK traditions, history, and laws.
5. Financial Requirements (if applicable):
○ Proof of income or funds to support yourself and any dependents.
